Creating Custom Error pagesss
To create a custom error page on an NT account simply create
the page using html, asp, perl, or php and then place the
file in your public_html directory. Next submit a ticket
with the name of the file, location, and the error that
pertains to the page. We will set up the error page for you
when we receive the request.
What statistics programs are available for
my Windows account?
Windows Standard accounts are provided with Statistics
Server. Windows Developer accounts add Web Trends for
statistics analysis.
Statistics Server Overview
Statistics Server is a real-time traffic analysis program
which generates usage reports from your access logs.
Statistics Server generates separate reports for your
primary domain and each of its sub domains.
How do I enable Statistics Server
From your Personal Control Panel, click on Usage Statistics
then on Statistics Server. You can activate your Statistics
Server for your account by clicking on the Activate option.
How do I disable Statistics Server on my
account?
From your Personal Control Panel, click on Usage Statistics
then on Statistics Server. You can deactivate your
Statistics Server for your account by clicking on the
Deactivate option.
How do I see my site statistics using
Statistics Server?
From your Personal Control Panel, click on Usage Statistics
then on Statistics Server. You can view the statistics by
clicking on View Reports. A new window will open requiring
your login and password. The help link on the top right-hand
side of the window can provide additional information.
How do I import my SQL database ?
When a windows account is created, we create a DBO user
which has permissions to import data through Enterprise
Manager's DTS
